Quite impressed by the coverage of our town, except for the omission of reference to the history of the churches (3) in the town. St Thomas' Anglican Church celebrates in Feb 2011, the 150th anniversary of the first service in the "new" church. There is a connection with St Thomas' Church, Winchelsea, in the UK, although the Australian church is 700 + years younger!

Bob Evans: Website feedback
Enjoyed looking over your Website, would love to see a bit more information regarding the facilities for accomodation, for eg costs per night, and menu availabilities. (sadly only one of your two hotles bothered) which makes a tough choice for accomodation and meals. Some of your shops such as the Tea Rooms have given no menu, but on the other hand the Larder Shop outshone all the others and would be one shop I would visit when I come. I am coming to your Town to do research on my family tree, and was looking forward to Contacts /Locations to visit but was unable to find anything. Would appreciate a response, and any information you can supply, Thanks, Bob

I am looking to move into Winchelsea, but it appears that your web page is not up to date. An example is what day is the restoration dinner on for St Thomas?
What other activities do you have or will have to travel further afield for patchwork/quilting, etc, other that those little bits of info, I did enjoy the site, and I had a lovely afternoon tea at the Shire Hall rooms yesterday.
