Construction continues on the Princes Highway West project to duplicate the highway between Waurn Ponds and Winchelsea. Travellers along that section of road will notice fencing and fence-marking indicating the land acquisition for the new road. High voltage power lines are being relocated (Powercor have established their site compound west of Considines Road), and a service road has been built on the south side of the Princes Highway between Mt Pollock Road and Murrengurk Road at Buckley.
