Surf Coast Shire Councillor Ron Humphrey is making himself available to Winchelsea residents for informal chats regarding any issues. The first Friday of each month, 2pm-3pm at the Winchelsea Larder, Councillor Ron invites residents to join him over a coffee to talk about any Council activities and plans or just to have a friendly conversation.
