Winchelsea Community House is holding its Annual General Meeting on Thursday 27th October, at 10am. The AGM will take place at Winch House, 28 Hesse Street (at the rear of the Tearooms) - all welcome to come along.

Special Guest Speaker will be Kylie Pollock, Surf Coast Shire Community Development Project Officer.

Annual reports from:

• Committee of Management Treasurer [including annual statement of income and expenditure] and Chairperson
• House Co-ordinator
• Child Care Co-ordinator
• Adult Education Co-ordinator
• Auspiced groups

Nominations will then be called for Executive and General Members of the Committee of Management. You are welcome to nominate possible committee members.

NOTE: Voting is restricted to members of the association. Membership may be arranged prior to the meeting at the cost of 20 cents.

A light luncheon will follow.
